Product
The Product sub-menu is used to manage the list of products displayed on the Products page of the landing page. Each product added here will be visible on the landing page as long as its status is set to Active.
The following is the product list as displayed on the landing page:
🔎 Searching for a Product
Use the Search Product feature to quickly locate a specific product.
- Click the Search Product field at the top of the table.
- Enter the keyword of the product name you wish to find.
- The product list will be automatically filtered based on the entered keyword.
📋 Product List
The product list is displayed in a table with the following information:

| No | Sequential number of the product |
| Name | Name of the product |
| Short Description | A brief product description displayed on the product card on the landing page |
| Category | The product category previously created in the Product Category sub-menu |
| Status | Product status, either Active or Inactive |
| Last Updated | Date and time the product was last updated |
| Actions | Buttons to edit or delete the product |
➕ Adding a Product
- Click the Add button in the top-right corner of the page.
- You will be directed to the Product | Add page.
- Complete the following form:

| Image | Click the Upload button to upload a product image |
| Product Category | Select the product category via the dropdown |
| Product Name | Enter the product name |
| Short Description | Enter a brief product description displayed on the product card |
| Description | Enter the full product description using the text editor |
| Status | Select the product status, either Active or Inactive |
- Click the Save button to save the new product.
Please ensure that the Product Category has been created in the Product Category sub-menu before adding a new product.
Only products with an Active status will be displayed on the landing page. Products with an Inactive status remain saved but are not shown to visitors.
✏️ Editing a Product
- Click the ✏️ edit icon (green) in the Actions column of the product row you wish to modify.
- You will be directed to the Product | Edit page.
- Update the product data as needed.
- Click the Save button to save the changes.
🗑️ Deleting a Product
- Click the 🗑️ delete icon (red) in the Actions column of the product row you wish to remove.
- A confirmation popup "Are you sure?" will appear.
- Click Yes to confirm the deletion, or Cancel to abort.
It is recommended to change the product Status to Inactive before deleting it. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
To deactivate a product without deleting it, click the ✏️ edit icon, change the Status to Inactive, and click Save.
